About Us
A third generation farm family raising Black Angus beef without hormones or antibiotics in the beautiful Sangerfield River Valley since 1940. Our "SUN FED BEEF" is finished on locally grown feeds, then dry aged and vacuum packed to preserve its delicious flavor. We recently added a Grass Finished line of beef to maximize use of our sidehill pastures and provide a leaner alternative for our customers. Our beef is available seasonally at the Hamiton and Syracuse farmer's market and year round at local health food stores, restaurants , and direct at our farm.
